A space gets booked by the hour. An item gets booked by the day, with each physical piece tracked on its own.
Book it all on one reservation.
Floor A for the morning, plus two LED panels and a drape. One client, one invoice, one deposit.
Hand it over, on the record.
Pick the exact unit when it leaves. Add a note and a photo, so you both agree on how it went out.
Take it back and settle up.
Check it against the check-out record and settle the deposit. The piece goes into cleaning, then back on the calendar.

Orbika counts every unit and blocks off cleaning time, so a booking only goes through when something really is there to hand over.

No. Add the chair once as a pooled item with 20 units. Orbika tracks how many are out each day, so you always know how many you can still promise.

Set a turnaround time on an item once, say 48 hours for a lehenga. Every time it comes back, Orbika keeps it off the calendar for that long, so nobody books it before it's ready.
